RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Rare Collectibles & Private Collections

  • All sales are final for rare collectibles
  • Items will include dings, dents, and general wear and tear, as they are not in “new” condition based on the nature of being an aged product
  • If an item is damaged during shipping, we must receive a minimum of six (6) photos displaying the damage to the shipping box in which it was delivered and the damage to the product.

Personalized & Custom Items

  • All personalized & customized pieces including framed, inscribed, and custom products are not available for return unless damaged in transit and reported within 48 hours of delivery

New Editions & Upcoming Releases

  • Full refund before shipment. Orders can be canceled before a shipping label is created by emailing CS@PremiereCollectibles.com
  • Final sale once shipped. Signed and limited-edition items are non-returnable after shipment; minor handling wear is expected.
  • Damaged items reviewed case-by-case. Customers pay return shipping and must use trackable delivery; refunds or replacements are issued after inspection.
  • Replacements not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock, a refund will be issued. Orders exceeding quantity limits are not eligible for returns.

What is your return window for new items?
Returns depend on item type. For new editions / pre-orders, orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment (before a shipping label is created). Once an order has shipped, returns are not accepted for signed/limited items.

What should I do if I received a damaged order?
If an item arrives damaged, submit 6+ photos showing the product damage and the packaging/box it arrived in. If approved, a replacement (if available) or refund may be issued.

For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable method.

How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, log into your account, click “Return Items”, and follow the instructions. Processing typically takes 1–2 weeks after the return is received.
