We ship to virtually any address in the world. When you checkout, you may select from a variety of shipping options. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some orders cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When Will My Order Ship?
Typical handling time varies depending on whether the items in your order are already in stock or if they are pre-orders or orders for recent LiveSignings. Most books that are pre-orders or a title with a LiveSigning contain a blue or green message on the product page that states the release date and/or estimated handling times. Below you will find shipping information based on what type of books are in your order:
Orders With No Pre-Orders or Recent LiveSigning Titles:
Your order should ship within three business days. You will receive an email with tracking details when it ships.
Orders Containing Pre-Orders:
Your order will ship once the last pre-order in your order has released. You can typically find the release date for the book on the product page. You will receive an email with tracking details when it ships.
Orders Containing Recent LiveSigning Titles:
Orders for recent LiveSigning titles typically ship 1-3 weeks after the LiveSigning to allow the author time to sign, but occasionally ship later if the author is taking more time than usual to finish signing. You will receive an email with tracking details when your order ships.
What shipping methods are available?
FedEx Economy Ground
FedEx Economy Ground is the preferred shipping method for orders within the United States. This is the most reliable and quickest method for standard (non-express) shipping. The average turnaround Is 4-6 days for in-stock products. A tracking number to check the location of your shipment is included.
FedEx Express Saver
FedEx Express Saver offers economy rates and delivers within 3-4 business days for in-stock products throughout the U.S. domestic 48-states. This is a great, affordable option for those who need their order to ship faster than the FedEx Economy Ground method. A tracking number to check the location of your shipment is included.
FedEx Economy 2-day Air:
FedEx Economy 2-day Air offers a transit time of 2 business days (once the package has been picked up) at a discounted economy rate. Pick-up to delivery tracking information is included with each shipment. (Does not deliver to PO Boxes)
FedEx International Connect Plus (FICP):
Expedited economy rates for international shipping. Transit time varies depending on location. Typical transit time is 3-7 business days after shipment, depending on the country/region. A tracking number to check the location of your shipment is included. (Does not deliver to PO Boxes)
FedEx International Priority:
Expedited international shipping. Transit time varies depending on location. Typical transit time is 4-8 business days after shipment. A tracking number to check the location of your shipment is included.
FedEx Ground (standard):
Expedited shipping. Transit time varies depending on location. Typical transit time is 1-5 business days after shipment (in the lower 48 states). A tracking number to check the location of your shipment is included. (Does not deliver to PO Boxes)
FedEx Overnight (standard):
Transit time is 1 business day. Pick-up to delivery tracking information is included with each shipment. (Does not deliver to PO Boxes)
USPS Media Mail:
While USPS Media Mail is an option, we are still experiencing long delays with the Post Office. We highly recommend using FedEx instead. Transit times for USPS Media Mail can vary depending on location. Typical transit time is 8-10 business days after shipment (in the lower 48 states); however, we still see deliveries taking 3-4 weeks through the Post Office. A tracking number to check the location of your shipment is included.
USPS Priority Mail:
Expedited shipping. Transit time varies depending on location. Typical transit time is 3-8 business days after shipment (in the lower 48 states). A tracking number to check the location of your shipment is included.
