Donovan Leitch, known mononymously as Donovan, was a leading figure in the 1960s folk and psychedelic scene. Mellow Yellow (1967) includes his famous hit "Mellow Yellow" and reflects his smooth transition between folk and more psychedelic influences during the '60s counterculture movement.
