Signed Easton Press Deluxe Edition: Hand-Signed by John Glenn (John Glenn: A Memoir)
This entry showcases an authentic, primary-source piece of American space exploration history, NASA Mercury 7 lore, and fine leather-bound publishing ephemera: an official Deluxe Signed Edition of John Glenn: A Memoir, hand-signed on an internal publisher limitation page by American hero and legendary astronaut John Glenn.
An iconic pioneer of the Space Age, John Glenn (1921–2016) made history in 1962 aboard Friendship 7 as the first American to orbit the Earth, cementing his place as an enduring national symbol of courage and scientific advancement. Following his distinguished military service as a decorated fighter pilot in World War II and the Korean War, Glenn served as a U.S. Senator representing Ohio for twenty-four years, before returning to space in 1998 aboard Space Shuttle Discovery at age 77. Published in 1999, his deeply personal memoir reflects on his combat tours, NASA selection, historic orbital flight, and political legacy.
