Ordering FAQs

I am a new customer. How do I place an order?
  1. Add Items: When you have decided on a product to purchase, click the "Order Now" or "Pre-Order" button to add the item to your shopping cart. Your cart may be viewed at any time during the shopping process by simply clicking "View Cart" located in the top right corner of our web site.
  2. Your Shopping Cart: Placing items in your cart does not obligate you to buy. You may add/remove items at any time while shopping. Just be sure to hit "Update totals" when making changes within the shopping cart. When all items you wish to purchase are in your shopping cart, click "Check Out" to continue your purchase.
  3. Billing & Shipping Information: On the proceeding pages, please enter your shipment and payment information before finalizing your order.
  4. Sending a Gift? If you are sending someone a gift you may choose to add a gift message! This message will appear on the packing slip that will be included along with your order when it gets shipped. You are limited to 265 characters.
  5. Ready to Place Your Order? When all changes are made and your order is correct, click "Place Order" to finalize your purchase.
  6. Order Completed: Once your order has been processed, you will be sent to the final page in the ordering process. On this page, you will be shown your order number. You also may view your order summary and track your order status.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged in many states in accordance with each state's law. To see if tax is charged in your state, add items to your cart and go to checkout. Tax will be shown in the righthand column. If you are tax exempt, please send your tax exemption certificate to cs@premierecollectibles.com before ordering and a representative will add the tax exemption to your account. Tax cannot be refunded after an order is placed due to the tax reporting software.

What are my payment options?
We offer several different payment options through our secure online checkout system. The following options are available:

  • American Express
  • Visa
  • Discover
What is the status of my order?
You may obtain your order status at any time by visiting the Track Order screen. Submit your email address in the form on the left hand side and your order status will be emailed to you.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, you will immediately receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped. You may visit the Track Order screen to verify your order placement and to view order details.
When will my credit/debit card be charged?
Since autograph copies are limited, we are a point-of-sale vendor -- that is, the moment your order is placed your card will be authorized. This is to ensure your spot for an autographed book.
How do I order a product that has not yet released?

Under our New Titles section on the home page you are able to find many unreleased books that are available to pre-purchase. You can place an order for a pre-order item just as you would for a regular purchase by ordering through our secure online checkout system, or by phone. Note that, due to distribution and publisher rules, we cannot send your order until on or around the scheduled release date.

If you have additional items you are interested in purchasing along with a pre-order item, please keep in mind that all items in your order will ship simultaneously when the last pre-order item is made available.

Can I order unsigned copies?           
Unless stated otherwise on a listing, we typically do not sell unsigned copies. If you need to place a bulk order of unsigned books at a discount, visit our friends at Bulk Books.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Unfortunately, no. Personal order pickups are not available.
