When you checkout, you may select from a variety of shipping options. Our website estimates shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some orders cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Here are your shipping options:

Domestic Shipping Services 

  • USPS Media Mail:

Standard shipping. Transit time varies depending on location. Typical transit time is 3-8 business days after shipment (in the lower 48 states). A tracking number to check the location of your shipment is included.

  • USPS Priority Mail:

Expedited shipping. Transit time varies depending on location. Typical transit time is 3-8 business days after shipment (in the lower 48 states). A tracking number to check the location of your shipment is included.

  • FedEx Ground:

Expedited shipping. Transit time varies depending on location. Typical transit time is 1-5 business days after shipment (in the lower 48 states). A tracking number to check the location of your shipment is included. (Does not deliver to PO Boxes)

  • FedEx 2-day Air:

Transit time is 2 business days. Pick-up to delivery tracking information is included with each shipment. (Does not deliver to PO Boxes)

  • FedEx Overnight:

Transit time is 1 business day. Pick-up to delivery tracking information is included with each shipment. (Does not deliver to PO Boxes)


International Shipping Services

  • FedEx International Priority:

Transit time is typically 2-5 business days, depending on location. 

  

SHIPPING/DELIVERY FAQ:

I placed my order two weeks ago, why haven't I received it yet?

First, please make sure that your order does not contain any "pre-order" titles. If it does, the shipment will be held until that title becomes available. The release date of each book is listed on the product page, and pre-order titles have a message regarding the pre-order status.

My tracking number shows my order was delivered, but I still don't have it.

If this is the case, please check all possible delivery points around your building. It may also help to contact your local post office or FedEx/UPS center, depending on the selected shipping method. If that is unsuccessful, please give us a call or shoot us a email. We'll be happy to help you out!
